Plot

Great opportunity to purchase a flat double plot of 2380m2 at 150 meters from Cala Advocat on the coast of Benissa.  The plot is already segregated in two of 1107m2 and 1272m2 respectively. This offers the possibility to build either one villa on 1 plot of 2380m2 or two villas on each individual plot. If interested, there is a project plan for building modern and contemporary villas for both plots. The location is very special. These are the last two plots at Cala Advocat. Cala Advocat ‌is ‌a ‌small ‌bay ‌with ‌a sandy beach, ‌which also has a fantastic restaurant ‌to ‌enjoy lunch or ‌dinner, ‌and a ‌typical Spanish beach ‌bar ‌(Chiringuito) ‌in ‌the ‌summer ‌months.
